My name is Jude McDermott and I have had dogs in my life ever since I can remember. At this time (July 2009) I have an Airedale (7 years old), a Standard Poodle (4 years old) and a Dalmatian (6 months old), all of which I have had since they were 8 weeks old. I am a firm believer in the use of gentle motivational training methods I do not use nor do I advocate the use of any type of aversive method or techniques in dog training.
